Hi, my name is Kyle! I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. My goal is to help people experience the benefits of yoga on the mind and body. I have found that personalized, private yoga sessions allow me to focus in on the specific needs of my students
Private sessions are customized to fit any experience level, whether you are new to yoga and are not quite ready for a group setting or if you are experienced and want to work on advancing your practice to the next level. I look forward to guiding you to wellness through movement.

About Kyle

On top of my 200 hour yoga training certificate. I have a long experience in physical health. My background includes an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Therapeutic Studies and a former career playing professional basketball in Europe.

Currently I am a student in an accelerated nursing to earn my BSN followed by my Master’s in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner. My focus in nursing is one of longevity and anti-aging through the use of preventative medicine and medical aesthetics.

Physical movement such as yoga is an irreplaceable piece of of the longevity puzzle. My journey with yoga began at the age of 9 when my mother enrolled me in my first private yoga sessions. I continued to practice over the years but throughout the last 4 years, I have expanded my dedication to yoga and the benefits have changed my life.

Yoga has brought me improved flexibility, leading to a decrease in pain. As a very active person, yoga has helped me overcome injury while also preventing future injuries. And as a busy-minded person, yoga has allowed me to find calmness and clarity among the chaos of daily life.

I hope to help all of my students achieve the same positive changes for themselves.
